What is Imunol?
Its an immunomodulator preparation derived from selected medicinal herbs having powerful antioxidant, antiviral and immunomodulating effects known to the clinicians for their efficacy and safety since thousands of years, which includes Glycyrrhiza glabra, Triphla (phyllanthus emblica, Terminalia chebula and Terminalia belerica), Zingiber officinalis, Mentha piperita, Cichorium intybus, Nigella sativa & HONEY.
Where Imunol works?
Immunocompromised, anemic, weak and sluggish children. Easily falling victims to atmospheric pollutants, pathogenic organisms and abrupt seasonal variations. Loss of appetite. As an adjuvant therapy in influenza, chronic respiratory infections and chronic G.I.T infections. Convalescence. Chronic dyspepsia and disturbed sleep.
How Imunol work?
Triphala has been found to potentiate the adrenergic function thereby enabling the body to recover from stress. Phyllanthus emblica has been reported to be a potent inhibitor of lipid per oxidation formation, and scavenger of super oxide radical. It also enhances NK cell activity and antibody dependent cellular cytotoxity.
Active principles of Glycyrrhiza glabra (glycyrrhicin) significantly stimulated the phagocytosis of bone marrow macrophages Glycyrrhicin enhanced interferon-y production in Lymphocyted.
The Immunomodulating and anti tumor effects of Nigella sativa were found to be partly through its antioxidant effect.
Is there any precaution?
Diabetic patients should avoid Imunol.
In case of hypersensitivity to any of the herb used in Imunol syrup, discontinue the use of drug.
Is there any unwanted effects?
None reported within therapeutic dose.
What is the dosage?
Children up to 5 years; 2.5ml to 5ml T.D.S
5 to 10 years; 5ml to 10ml T.D.S
Adults; 10ml to 15ml T.D.S
Imunol must be taken at least for 15 days to get beneficial results.
Syrup: 100 ml bottle with measuring cup.
